The server's community is built around a relaxed, welcoming environment where players can socialize and play games. Our moderators help maintain this atmosphere and enforce our community guidelines. As a new moderator, your role is to assist in this effort.
First, get familiar with our community guidelines. They can be found in the server's info channel. Study them thoroughly and make sure you understand what's expected of you. Our guidelines are in place to ensure a positive experience for all players. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. When you feel comfortable, start observing and participating in moderation duties.
You'll need to learn about common rules infractions and how to resolve them. Familiarize yourself with the server's voice channels and their corresponding moderation roles. The server's layout can be overwhelming at first, but with time, you'll get the hang of it. Don't worry if you make mistakes - we all do. The key is to learn from them and do better next time.
