Last month, we noticed that the promotion system for Rizzaster was leading to some confusion and frustration among our younger players. The issue primarily stemmed from the fact that the rank requirements were not clearly communicated, and some players were being promoted without understanding the criteria. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in the timing and process of promotions, which created a sense of unpredictability and dissatisfaction.
To address these issues, we decided to streamline the promotion system and make the criteria more transparent. We revised the rank requirements to be more accessible and included them in a dedicated section of the game’s in-game help menu. This change ensures that all players can easily view and understand the requirements for each rank, from Starter to Rizzaster. We also established a consistent promotion schedule, now running weekly, to provide more predictability and fairness.
With these changes, the promotion process has become much smoother, and we've seen a noticeable improvement in player satisfaction. We are now working on updating the in-game notifications to clearly inform players when they have met the requirements for a promotion and when their next promotion will be. This will help to avoid any unexpected delays or disappointments.
