Chat Safety Considerations for Parents

We've noticed a trend of parents inquiring about the safety of our chat features, so we wanted to take a moment to address this. To put their minds at ease, we'll provide a brief overview of how we handle user interactions.

All user-generated content is moderated by our volunteer team in real-time, but we understand this may not be enough for some parents. We do not have the capability to monitor every single message sent in our chat rooms, but we do have a system in place to report suspicious behavior. If a user is found to be violating our community guidelines, they will be issued a temporary ban and may face more severe penalties in the future.

One of the primary goals of our chat rooms is to provide a safe space for users to interact with one another. We take user safety seriously and are constantly working to improve our moderation policies and procedures. This includes providing clear guidelines and consequences for misbehavior, as well as working to create a culture of respect and inclusivity within our community.
