Server Lag and Solutions Guide

If you notice the server is lagging, try closing any unnecessary programs on your computer that might be using up resources. This can include things like video streaming apps or music players. It's also a good idea to check if your internet connection is stable - a weak connection can cause lag. If you're playing a resource-intensive game, try reducing the graphics settings or closing the game to see if that helps.

Some common culprits for lag on our server include a large number of players in the same game, using too many plugins or add-ons, and poor internet connectivity. We're currently working on implementing some technical fixes to help alleviate lag, including upgrading our server hardware and improving our network configuration. We're also encouraging players to be mindful of their resource usage and to report any issues they experience.

We've also been looking into ways to limit lag caused by certain types of games and plugins. Some games are more prone to lag than others, and we're working on identifying which games are most likely to cause issues. We're also considering implementing a plugin whitelist to help ensure that only approved plugins are allowed on the server. We'll keep you updated on our progress and let you know when we have more information.

In the meantime, if you do experience lag, try to stay patient and don't get discouraged. We're doing our best to improve the server and we appreciate your feedback and patience. We'll also be having a server maintenance night periodically to perform necessary upgrades and maintenance.
