The discussion today focused on refining the rank requirements and promotion system for Rizzaster. Currently, we have three ranks: Novice, Intermediate, and Expert, with the ultimate goal being to become a Volunteer Moderator. Each rank has specific criteria to be met in terms of activity, engagement, and contribution to the community.

Novice rank is the starting point and is granted to new players who have completed a short orientation period. For promotion to Intermediate, players must participate in at least 10 events per month, complete two tutorial quests, and earn a positive feedback score from three different players. The criteria for becoming an Expert are more stringent: players must maintain an active role in community events, contribute to at least five community initiatives, and gain a minimum of 100 positive feedback points from the community.

We have some open questions that need further discussion, such as how to handle exceptional cases where a player meets criteria slightly below the required threshold but still demonstrates a strong commitment to the community. Another open question is how often the rank requirements should be reviewed and adjusted to ensure they remain fair and challenging.
