RIZZASTERShop and Supporter Benefits Incident Review

Last week, we observed a significant increase in shop purchases, particularly among our younger players. This surge was largely attributed to the launch of the new "Rizzaster Jr." promotion, aimed at encouraging younger players to explore the game's economy. However, the initial design focused primarily on in-game currency, which did not fully cater to the needs of our supporter community.
To address this, we reviewed our supporter benefits and decided to make some adjustments. Starting next month, supporters will receive additional in-game items that are not available in the general shop. Specifically, they will have access to a weekly set of limited-edition badges that are exclusive to our supporters. These badges are designed to enhance the player's profile and make them stand out in the community. Additionally, we are considering adding a special section to the supporter-exclusive shop, featuring rare and unique items that can only be purchased by our loyal supporters.
These changes aim to not only boost our supporter engagement but also to ensure that younger players, who might be more susceptible to in-game purchases, have a more balanced experience. By making these adjustments, we hope to foster a healthier and more inclusive community where everyone, regardless of their supporter status, feels valued and can enjoy the game.
