To start, players must create an account and agree to the community guidelines.
After creating an account, players must complete the basic training quest, which involves familiarizing themselves with the game mechanics and basic rules.
Once the basic training quest is completed, players can begin to earn experience points (XP) through completing quests, participating in events, and helping other players.
The first rank is Novice. To reach this rank, players must earn 1,000 XP. Novices can play in safe zones and have access to basic in-game items.
Upon reaching 3,000 XP, players promote to Apprentice. This rank unlocks access to more areas and tools. Apprentices can help newer players and participate in community-building events.
Players must accumulate 6,000 XP to become a Journeyman. At this rank, players gain access to advanced tools and can lead smaller community groups.
Promotions to the next ranks—Knight and Master—are based on a combination of XP and player reviews from other members. Knights must reach 10,000 XP and have at least two positive reviews from fellow players.
To achieve the rank of Master, players must earn 15,000 XP, provide feedback on at least five different events, and have at least three positive reviews.
